Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup crema mexicana
  • ½ cup shredded or finely diced cucumber
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or mint
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust salt, acidity, or herbs as needed.
  • Chill briefly for best flavor, if desired.

Notes

Swap dill for mint for a brighter, more elevated finish.
Thicken by reducing olive oil slightly.
Thin with water or lemon juice for drizzling.
Keeps 5–7 days refrigerated.
