Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup crema mexicana
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon capers finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 small garlic cloves grated
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until completely smooth and evenly combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with additional black pepper if needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
If crema mexicana is unavailable, substitute Greek yogurt or sour cream.
This sauce thickens slightly as it chills.
Excellent as a seafood sauce, burger spread, salad dressing base, or dip.
