Ingredients
  

  • 2 crisp apples Honeycrisp or Fuji, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz creamy goat cheese
  • ΒΌ cup walnuts lightly toasted and chopped
  • 2 –3 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary, leaves only
  • 2 –3 tablespoon honey warm slightly for easy drizzling
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice to keep apples from browning

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice the apples into rounds or half-moons. Brush with lemon juice.
  • Spread goat cheese onto each slice.
  • Sprinkle walnuts.
  • Add herbs.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Arrange and serve.
