Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup crema mexicana
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 3-4 tablespoons adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add water 1 tablespoon at a time to thin to desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust heat, sweetness, or salt as needed.
  • Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Storage: Keeps 7–10 days refrigerated in an airtight container.
Heat Control: Use 1 pepper for mild heat, 2 for bold heat.
Variations: Swap Greek yogurt for crema or add smoked paprika for extra depth.
Serving Ideas: Tacos, breakfast bowls, roasted vegetables, wraps.
